Prevent Headaches in the Workplace

According to a report in the journal International Headache Society, Italian office workers reported the reduction of drug consumption and headache pain reduced to 40% after doing relaxation and posture exercises for 6 months. Do the following exercise 10 times for relax and relieve anxiety:

  • Stand with your heel, hip and neck touch the wall. Pull the shoulders back so that touching the wall, release.
  • Head movement from one side to the other side.
  • Hook the fingers of both hands behind the neck. Slowly press the neck to the hand until you feel the pull. Hold for 2 to 3 seconds.
